For malfunctions and urgent repairs to your horse walker, you can quickly call in a specialized service technician. Repairs are carried out daily, both nationally and internationally.

Outside of office hours, you can reach us for urgent breakdowns. Your report will be forwarded to the on-duty service technician, who will contact you as soon as possible.

Based on a description of the problem, machine type, photos, and maintenance history, a fault diagnosis will be made and, in consultation, it will be determined whether the fault can be resolved by phone or if a repair visit needs to be scheduled. Parts can also be sent.

The call-out fee for a service visit will be agreed upon in advance with the client. When calculating the call-out fee, Ravenstein, the Netherlands is the starting point. If possible, the visit will be combined with other clients.
