Equitec has well-trained, specialized technicians.

Because we assemble most original spair parts ourselves, the parts are immediately available.

Support

You can reach our support desk during office hours. Outside office hours you can call us for an emergency. Your report will be passed on to the service technician on duty and he will contact you as soon as possible.

You can also leave a message at info@equitec.nl.

We will contact you as soon as possible, no later than the next working day.

During this conversation, a fault diagnosis is made, and it is determined whether the fault can be remedied by telephone or whether a repair visit must be planned. This can vary from repairing the horse walker at your site, repair at EQUITEC in the work shop or delivering new parts.
